5. For Type 4?
YES! We take different hair types and textures into consideration to make sure TYMO hair tools are effective for all.

6. For Short Hair?
YES! TYMO hair tools works perfectly on short hair. Designed in effective shape with deeper and denser teeth that can well hold and define the hair and works perfectly for all hair types and lengths including short hair.

7. For Relaxed Hair?
YES! TYMO hair tools works well for relaxed hair. Chemical lotions or creams applied earlier wont effect the results. We suggest that you apply heat protectant such as TYMO MIST before using. Please note that no flammable hair product should be applied before or during usage.
8. Reach Roots?
TYMO hair tools can get to the roots, the uniquely anti-scalding design and dense heating teeth help reach the hair roots.
Try apply it from top down and from bottom up!
9. On Wet Hair?
Please DO NOT apply on wet hair while using Hair Straightening Brushes, Straightening Irons , Hair Curler or other Styling Products.
10. How to Clean？
Please make sure TYMO styling tools are unplugged and use baby wipes clean barrel or bristles/between teeth gently. Dental floss always helps to reach tricky parts.
*TYMO HYPERSONIC has auto clean function, please refer to manual for instruction.
11. Effects on Curl Pattern?
NO! TYMO Hair tools won’t affect the curl pattern at all, it will go back to the pattern after hair washing.
12. Heat Damage?
TYMO hair products are designed to prevent unnecessary heat damage. We encourage you apply heat protectant such as TYMO MIST before using styling products for healthier finish look and longer lasting style.

14. Does this have a UK/other than US plug?
Most TYMO products are U.S. standard.
We do offer part of the collection in UK plug, please check it on Amazon.
Please purchase an extra adaptor if you are not U.S. based. You can get it in super market or online, the cost of the adaptor is around $10.
15. Is it Dual Voltage?

Apply in 120V use only, orders are only available for U.S. and Canada.
