The Affiliate agrees not to bid on any TYMO Trademark, including but not limited to, terms such as TYMO, TYMO BEAUTY, TYMOBEAUTY.COM, or www.tymobeauty.com, in any paid keyword advertisements on platforms such as Google and Bing. This restriction encompasses all variations or misspellings of the aforementioned terms.
b. The usage of specific TM+ terms is permitted, provided that they are utilized exclusively through the EXACT MATCH mechanism and include additional words within this context.
**2. Advertising Methods:**
a. The Affiliate is strictly prohibited from employing advertising methods that redirect traffic away from TYMO sites, including wholesale and drop shipping strategies. Any violations of this provision may lead to the forfeiture of commissions generated by the Affiliate.
**3. Violations and Compensation:**
a. In the event of any trademark, trademark plus term violations, or fraudulent activities by the Affiliate, TYMO reserves the right to withhold payment of any accrued commissions. Furthermore, TYMO retains the right to seek compensation for any significant consequences or losses arising from such violations.
**4. Restricted Traffic Sources:**
a. The following traffic sources are strictly prohibited and may result in the non-issuance of commissions, leads, or payments: Popups, Click Unders, Adult content, and Incentivized traffic.
**5. Direct Linking and Display URL:**
a. The Affiliate is not allowed to engage in direct linking or utilize tymobeauty.com as a display URL under any circumstances.
**6. Compliance and Cooperation:**
a. The Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to comply with the aforementioned guidelines and understands that adherence to these provisions is essential for maintaining a positive and productive partnership with TYMO.
