RETURN POLICY

U.S. Orders For Returns:

TYMO offers a 30-day unconditional return policy. Within 30 days since your purchase, TYMO will accept your product return and provide a product exchange or a product refund. If you purchased a bundle or set and want to return a tool in the set, please contact us directly at csteam@tymo-tech.com.

To be eligible for a return, your return products must be in good condition and in their original packaging. We regret to inform you that we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Thus, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.

Several types of goods are not returnable, including gift cards, hair care items, accessories, free items, and any item marked as final sale.

How to return:

  1. Contact us at csteam@tymo-tech.com.You can select to exchange, have a Refund Voucher that you can use right away in the TYMO shop, or receive a refund to your original payment method.
  2. Get a refund confirmation from customer care team.
  3. Pack your items carefully back to their original packaging.
  4. If you would like to use the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you receive over the previous shipping label; otherwise, please use another shipping box.
  5. Send the return items to the address provided by our customer care team.

For defective items exceeding the return policy period, a related warranty policy is applied. Please refer to the warranty policy card in the packaging.

 

International Orders For Returns:

Refunds

To ensure a swift refund process, kindly include your name and order number within the return package. Additionally, please share the return tracking code with csteam@tymo-tech.com once the item has been shipped. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

Shipping

It's important to note that only products that are confirmed to be in good working condition are eligible for return or exchange. In case of a faulty device, we require you to submit a brief video as evidence to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement. Once our technicians evaluate and confirm the device as defective, there's no need to return it, and we'll proceed with processing a refund or replacement.

Kindly note that the shipping fee on your order is non-refundable as it was paid to the courier when they delivered the package to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged items to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping items over $75, a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance should be considered.
