I am so relieved, after a few years since moving to a new state that is far more humid, my hair curled and frizzed and has been impossible to tame. Hundreds of dollars wasted on products and all I needed was the TYMO ring plus, 1-2 passes, 10-15mins and it’s a very respectable sight. Thank you!
1 STAR. I am an Australian customer and your website clearly states that Australian orders ship with an Australian plug. Mine arrived with a US plug. The display also shows Fahrenheit, not Celsius. I had to purchase an adapter just to use a product I paid full price for. This is false advertising, plain and simple. To make it worse, I have purchased two other products from you previously and have always been a loyal customer. That loyalty means nothing apparently. I will not be purchasing from this brand again and I strongly advise other Australian customers to think twice before ordering.
