Take too long to turn on

I do want to say I love this flat iron. My daughters have gifted me two in the past. But this time I decided to order one just in case my last one stop working well it did stop working. I know purchased this one in September 2024. It is now January 2025 and I’ve just started to use it. This is the first time I have ever known the flatter to take a long time to turn on and as you know, there is no on and off switch. I don’t wrap my cord I put it in the same formation in which I purchased it when I finish flat ironing my hair. I have to rub the cord out a lot shake it before it comes on and it still takes about 2 to 3 minutes this is a long time for me. Can you tell me why this is happening?

I absolutely love the Tymo Noir flat iron! It’s a total game-changer for my hair routine. I have wavy, curly hair that reaches just past my bra strap (I’m 5’2” for reference), and this flat iron works wonders. I only need to do one pass through, and my hair comes out smooth and sleek.

Better than GHD & Co.

I've discovered Tymo Sway two years ago. By the time I wanted to buy a new GHD and watched some videos on yt. In all those videos Tymo Sway was very highly rated, so I've decided to try. I bought the pink edition (not sold anymore) and was absolutely stunned about the results. I was used to buy only GHD. For two years Sway was my best friend and served me every single day. Last month I forgot it in a hotel, so I bought the Sway Noir. Delivery was fast and my new sway is just as perfect as my old one. I love it! Do yourself a favor and try it. Only one thing - if you live in Europe, you will need plug device since it comes originally with 3-pin-plug. But you can find these devices everywhere and they are not expensive.
