I purchased the brush hair dryer and flat iron and I honestly love them both. The blow dryer leaves my hair nice and soft and does not frizz. Absolutely love these products
It doesn't get hot enough for thick hair. Need a version that gets to 450'. It also doesn't grip my thick hair tight enough.
If I did much less hair than I would usually do, it worked amazingly.
All that being said for thin to medium hair thick hair this product would amazing. Not so much for thick to super thick hair.

I contacted the customer service department online and sent them a little video showing them the problem. They sent me a new one straight away. I cannot fault the tymo brand at all.
