What's covered
Your TYMO tool is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship that appear during normal use.
If a covered fault appears, we'll put it right — by repair, replacement, or refund, whichever we decide fits the case.

These are the warranty terms for TYMO styling tools. Anything not answered here can be emailed to csteam@tymobeauty.com.
What isn't covered
The warranty covers manufacturing faults, not damage caused after purchase.
- Hair care products and accessories are not included.
- Water damage where the tool is not designed for immersion
- Unauthorised repair, opening, or modification
- Normal wear and tear including worn plates, pads, or frayed cords
- Purchases from unauthorised resellers
