TYMO Beauty ships worldwide from fulfillment centers located in the United States and Hong Kong.

Orders are shipped from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability, inventory allocation, and destination country.

Orders shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico are typically fulfilled from our American warehouse.
Orders shipping to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, and other international destinations are typically fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

When placing an international order, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, handling charges, and other local government-imposed charges upon arrival in your destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and the shipping carrier, and are not included in the price of your order or shipping fee.

Because customs regulations vary by country and shipment route, TYMO Beauty cannot predict, calculate, collect, or control these charges in advance.

RETURNS & CUSTOMS-HELD SHIPMENTS

Still in active transit within the carrier network

United States, Canada & Mexico Orders

Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico are typically fulfilled from our North American warehouse.

In some cases, import duties or tariffs may be prepaid or covered depending on the shipping method selected. Where applicable, this will be clearly shown at checkout. If covered, no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

Europe, United Kingdom & Other International Destinations

Orders shipped to Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, and other international destinations are typically fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse.

Import VAT, customs duties, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country, order value, and shipping method. These charges are not included in the order total unless explicitly stated at checkout.

LOST, REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS

Shipments that are:

Refused
Unclaimed
Abandoned
Returned due to unpaid customs fees
Returned due to incorrect address

are not automatically eligible for full refunds.

Refund eligibility will be assessed once the parcel has been returned and all carrier charges have been confirmed.
